Long ago (1980s) I fished off the Outer Banks of Nags Head NC at Ocracoke Island Inlet as well as off the Nags Head Pier. (Need a 4-wheel drive and flatten tires to 15 lbs to get out to the Outer Banks)

The pic below is me fishing off the Nags Head Pier early morning after fishing all night for Spanish Mackerel. Still have that tackle box (a little weathered, now) , Ugly Stick pole and Penn Spinfisher 701 reel. Still use it when night fishing for catfish.

The next two pics are at Ocracoke Island Inlet. We fished for flounder. Lots and Lots of flounder from Oct thru Nov. We sained for minnows early morning, stored them in the yellow bait buckets and used till sun down. We cooked the fish in the evening .... rinsed ... started over next day ... We did this for 7 days straight (we were beat)
